Policies
Search/Prohibited Items - Fair Entrance
All guests should arrive with the expectation of having their bags/belongings searched. Please avoid bringing items to the Western Fair, that are not permitted on the grounds (see the list below).
Guests who decline to be voluntarily searched will not be permitted entry to the Fair.
Items Not Permitted at Western Fair
Alcoholic Beverages (other than those sold in licensed areas onsite).
Illegal Drugs
Weapons of any kind
In-line skates, bicycles, skateboards, motorized self-balancing hoverboards/scooters
Pets (service animals excepted)
Possession of any other object that endangers the safety of others (as determined by Security Staff within their reasonable discretion).
If found, prohibited items may be confiscated, and disruptive or disorderly conduct may lead to expulsion from the grounds.
Search/Prohibited Items - Concert Areas
All guests should arrive with the expectation of having their bags/belongings searched. Please avoid bringing items to the Western Fair Concerts, that are not permitted (see the list below). Pat downs will occur at concert entrances.
We will allow a small clutch/bag. One small clutch per person, subject to search.
Items Not Permitted at Western Fair Concert Areas
All purses, bags, or containers larger than a small clutch bag.
Computer Bags
Weapons of any kind
Backpacks
Camera Bags
Coolers
Cinch Bags
Luggage of any kind
Briefcases
Wagons
Chairs
Umbrellas
If found, prohibited items may be confiscated, and disruptive or disorderly conduct may lead to expulsion from the grounds. Medical Exemptions will be used.
General Rider Policy
Customer Safety Is Paramount at Western Fair.
It is the policy of North American Midway Entertainment that all guests of our midway require a valid admission if occupying any seat on any amusement device or attraction. Guests must be able to abide by all NAME “SIZE WIZE” height, size, weight, and safety requirements as posted at each of our rides or attractions.
Our midway company works very hard to make sure that all Western Fair guests are treated in an equal and courteous manner, while at the same time ensuring that they have a safe and pleasurable experience.
Persons With Disabilities
North American Midway Entertainment is committed to giving all our guests with disabilities the same opportunity to enjoy and benefit from our services and attractions just as any other guest on our Midway. Midway guests with disabilities are required to be able to place themselves in the devise seat or attraction by themselves or with the help of an attendant or support person. During the course of the ride, the disabled guest must also be able to hold themselves in the ride without assistance and remain properly secured within the restraints and adhere to posted safety requirements for all guests.
