Latin flavours, music & culture come to London!
Norteño, mariachi and cumbia from noon until half past ten. Micheladas and margaritas at the bar. Cultural dancing, authentic food, and a thirteen-piece mariachi ensemble in full regalia. One Saturday at the Bud Light Music Garden, included with your Fair admission.

All on the Bud Light Music Garden stage. Come for one set or stay for the whole day.
12:00 PM - Ana Mexico and the Latin Power Band
Opening the day with Latin classics and contemporary favourites in English and Spanish.
12:00 PM - 7 Seconds
Acoustic hits, soulful covers and original songs across two full hours.
Latin Power Dance Academy
Live dance performances plus hands-on instruction in popular Latin styles. Watch the demonstrations, then step in and learn. No experience is needed, and no partner is required.
3:30 PM - Antonio Alas Mariachi
Traditional mariachi through the afternoon. Second set follows at 4:40 PM.
6:00 PM - Mariachi Los Gallos
Thirteen musicians, full regalia, one of Mexico's most iconic musical traditions. Second set at 7:15 PM.

8:30 PM - Los Grandes Del Norte
Straight from Mexico, one of Canada's most recognised Norteño bands. Accordion, bajo sexto, regional Mexican favourites and cumbia rhythms to close the night.

Citrus-marinated chicken topped with shaved cabbage, Pico de Gallo, lime crema, and fresh cilantro served on a warm soft tortilla with a fresh lime wedge.
Carne Asada
Chargrilled marinated beef topped with roasted peppers, Pico de Gallo, and fresh cilantro served on a warm soft tortilla with a fresh lime wedge.
Al Pastor
Slow-roasted achiote pork with grilled pineapple salsa, pickled red onions, chipotle crema, and fresh cilantro served on a warm soft tortilla with a fresh lime wedge.
Queso Birria
Slow-braised beef with a melted three-cheese blend in crisp grilled tortillas, topped with Cebolla (onion) and cilantro. Served with rich consommé and served on a warm corn tortilla with a fresh lime wedge.
