Who is Happy?
Happy is the unofficial mayor of fun. Happy is known for the flower hat, big hugs, and surprise appearances all over the city. One minute Happy is posing for photos, the next Happy is dancing with kids or popping up where you least expect it. If you spot Happy, don't be shy — there's always time for a wave, a high-five, or a selfie.
